Public Call for Proposals under the EU4Youth Grant Scheme for Youth Organizations, Organizations for Young People, and Sports Organizations

The National Youth Agency (NYA) officially announces the launch of the Public Call for Proposals under the EU4Youth Grant Scheme, an initiative funded by the European Union that aims to empower young people in Albania by supporting youth organizations, organizations for young people, and sports organizations.

The Call for Proposals aims to support projects that contribute to:

  • Strengthening young people's civic participation, volunteering, and empowerment;
  • Promoting inclusive sport, well-being, and social cohesion;
  • Fostering the inclusion of vulnerable groups, gender equality, and equal opportunities for young people throughout Albania.

Under this Call for Proposals, the following funding is available:

  • EUR 1,000,000 for projects addressing civic participation, volunteering, and youth empowerment.
  • EUR 414,000 for projects promoting inclusive sport, well-being, and social cohesion.

The National Youth Agency (NYA) invites all interested organizations to consult the complete Call for Proposals documentation and prepare their applications in accordance with the eligibility criteria and priorities set out in the Guidelines.

Completed applications with all the required documentation must be submitted in 3 (three) physical copies and 1 (one) electronic copy (on a USB drive) through official mail or in person, placed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Public Call No. 4, during working days (Monday to Friday) during official hours, at the following address

The deadline for the submission of applications is 27 July 2026, at 4:30 PM. The outside of the envelope must clearly indicate the title of the Call for Proposals, the full name and address of the applicant, the full project title, and the following statement: “Not to be opened before the official opening session”, as well as the specific objective under which the application is being submitted. Applications submitted through other means (e.g. by fax or email) or sent to any other address will not be considered.

AKR will register each application received for submission and will issue the corresponding certification (date and time of acceptance of the project proposal).
