At a meeting with the youth of the Local Youth Council in Prrenjas, the Minister of State for Youth, Ms. Bora Muzhaqi, the Director of AKR, Mr. Geron Ibrahimi, the Mayor Ms. Nuri Belba, the Chairman of the Municipal Council, and the team responsible for youth policies in the municipality discussed various issues and challenges faced by the youth of the city and plans for their resolution. The discussion also focused on initiatives undertaken by the Local Youth Council to empower the young people of the area.
With a budget dedicated to youth, the Municipality of Prrenjas is always supportive of young people, backing them for a better future, and discussing with them all major city decisions, from the budget to investments in schools and infrastructure.
The youth highlighted their requests regarding the youth center, a technology lab, youth exchanges, and their desire for more national competitions, for which steps to be taken in the future were agreed upon.
