Highlights from the National Kick-off Conference & Information Session on the EU4Youth Grant Scheme Call for Proposals, organized by the National Youth Agency (NYA) under the IPA EU4Youth 2022 Programme.
The event marked the official launch of the application process for the grant scheme, bringing together representatives of public institutions, youth organizations, organizations for young people, sports organizations, and development partners.
The conference was opened with welcoming remarks by:
🔹 Ms. Sara Bodo, Director General of the National Youth Agency;
🔹 Ms. Veronika Korkaj, Director General of the General Directorate for Financing and Contracting of EU, World Bank and Other Donor Funds (CFCU);
🔹 Ms. Eridana Çano, Director General of the State Agency for Strategic Programming and Aid Coordination (SASPAC);
🔹 Mr. Miha Pezelj, Representative of the Delegation of the European Union to Albania.
During the information session, representatives of the National Youth Agency presented the objectives of the grant scheme, the administrative and financial procedures, and the application criteria, providing detailed guidance and answering participants' questions.
The EU4Youth Grant Scheme aims to support initiatives that empower young people, strengthen their active participation in social and civic life, and contribute to the development of communities across Albania.
