Together with Deputy Prime Minister Ms. Belinda Balluku and the Minister of State for Youth and Children Ms. Bora Muzhaqi, we inaugurated the reading room of the library in Dibra. This space will serve as an oasis for knowledge, culture, and social activities at the heart of the Dibra community.
The reading room of the library in Dibra has been realized with funding from the National Youth Agency through the second call for grants for the development of youth infrastructure.
