Julian Kafexhiu was born in Kruja. He completed his studies in Political Science and Master of Science in "Public Relations and Communication". For 10 years, he has been engaged and motivated towards the rights and interests of youth, as well as has a strong desire to contribute to the development of the community and youth in our country.

Xhuljani asks for support because being part of the National Youth Council is an excellent opportunity to influence policies and programs that affect the lives of youth in our country.

This is a beautiful challenge that Julian has undertaken to work by presenting proposals and initiatives, designing projects. Julian is based on the beautiful youth energy and to develop activities and concrete policies that will help the youth in their development and reaching their maximum potential from Vermoshi to Konispol, but without forgetting the youth of the Diaspora.
