THE NATIONAL YOUTH AGENCY (AKR) ANNOUNCES:
PUBLIC CALL NO. IV FOR PROJECT PROPOSALS FROM LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT UNITS
DIRECTED TO:
LOCAL SELF-GOVERNING UNITS
- Project proposals to be submitted by local self-government units (municipalities) should focus on the construction or reconstruction of public buildings and youth infrastructure.
- The value of the grants distributed as part of this public call should be as follows:
- The amount for local self-government units up to 10,000,000 Lek.
Completed applications with all documentation must be submitted in 3 (three) physical copies and 1 (one) electronic copy (in USB) via official mail or in person, placed in a sealed envelope referring to the public call, during working days (from Monday to Friday), during official hours, at the following address:

The deadline for submitting applications is the date 20.12.2024, at 16:30. On the outer part of the envelope, it should be written the name of the public call for project proposals, the full name and address of the applicant, the full name of the project and the words: "Do not open before the official opening." Applications submitted in other ways (e.g., by fax or email) or sent to different addresses and outside the application deadline will not be considered.
AKR will register each application received for submission and will issue the corresponding certification (date and time of acceptance of the project proposal).
