The awarding of the RoboTech 2025 competition prizes by the Metropolitan University of Tirana

RoboTech 2025 by UMT: Innovation, Talent, and Awards for Albanian High School Students!
In an atmosphere filled with energy and bold ideas, the Metropolitan University of Tirana successfully organized the second edition of RoboTech 2025, the national innovation and technology competition for the most talented high school students in Albania!

1. Over 70 participating teams from all over Albania, with only 16 of them advancing to the final.
2. Around 250 high school graduates.
3. Support from the most important partners in innovation and youth.

Mr. Geron Ibrahimi, General Director, National Youth Agency (AKR): "If we want a better Albania tomorrow, we must invest today in the dreams of young people."

Prof. Dr. Nikolla Civici, Rector of UMT: "RoboTech is a living laboratory where Albanian youth build the future with their minds and hands."

Mr. Arjan Çukaj, President of UMT: "We do not just award prizes, but build networks of opportunities for the new leaders of innovation."

Ms. Jetona Koçibelli, COD: "RoboTech demonstrates the power of knowledge and technology in building a more developed society."

Ms. Delina Ibrahimaj, Minister of State for Entrepreneurship and Business Climate: "Innovative youth are the founders of tomorrow's economy."

Mr. Albi Greva, Ministry of Economy: "The creative energy of young people is a national treasure."

Winners of RoboTech 2025:
First Prize, "TreeSense" – Sami Frashëri High School, Tirana (€2000)
Second Prize, "Ekko" – Andon Zako Çajupi High School, Tirana (€1500)
Second Prize, "Chrono Guide" – Asim Zeneli High School, Gjirokastër (€1500)
Third Prize, "Adriatik Bot" – Leonik Tomeo High School, Durrës (€1000)
Third Prize, "Aero Care" – Ismail Qemali High School, Tirana (€1000)
Public Prize, "Flatrat e Dijes", Fier (€500 – over 9000 online votes!)

Many Special Prizes were also awarded by the National Youth Agency (AKR) and Start-Up Albania:

• The National Youth Agency (AKR) awarded The Youth Talent Prize "The Marshal Project" from Dhaskal Todri High School, Elbasan, which benefits from international training in skill development for innovation and entrepreneurship.

• Start-Up Albania Agency awarded the "Crop Bot" project from Petro Nini Luarasi High School: Start-Up Albania Prize €1000 for the most promising ideas.
