The third edition kicks off for young people with talent in the field of art. This project aims to involve youth aged 15-22, with the goal of discovering new talents across Albania, in the fields of art, ballet, singing, instruments, and acting. This project will offer all young people auditions, training, and the promotion of their artistic skills on the Albanian stage.
It will be held in 7 cities of Albania: Korça, Elbasan, Shkodra, Durrës, Tirana, and Fier.

Since October 1, 2024, CFD has started implementing this project, which is an initiative to guide job-seeking youth in the regional labor market in three small municipalities of the country:
– as proof of 'democratizing the geography' of intervention, away from the major urban centers;
as an invitation for young people not to abandon their hometowns, and
– as an S.O.S. alert to local authorities to maximize efforts to preserve the most valuable asset of the local economy, human capital 'youth,' through youth-friendly local policies;
– as a guarantee for sustainable employment.
