The draft law on amendments and additions to the "Law on Youth" is approved

With 71 votes in favor, the draft law on amendments and additions to the "Law on Youth" is approved.

This draft law is the result of the efforts of young people, members of Local Youth Councils, the National Youth Council, members of youth organizations, and civil society. Thanks to their work, we now have a law that further empowers youth, enhances their involvement in decision-making, and creates new opportunities for development.

A special thank you goes to the Government of Albania for its continuous support of young people, the Youth Team, the National Youth Agency, all stakeholders who contributed to this process, as well as the MPs who supported this initiative in Parliament.

This is a very important step for Albanian youth, and this law will bring new opportunities for young people.
