Second Day of “WinterSchool 2023”

On the second day, with 61 youth workers, we explored their role in empowering young people and Local Youth Councils through creative games, discussions, and training, while also setting objectives for 2024.

During the winter school, youth workers were trained to identify priorities for youth in each municipality, to develop strategies for enhancing their contribution to local development and the implementation of the National Youth Strategy, as well as to improve their skills and competencies.

At the end of the training, we visited Butrint and the most beautiful Christmas market in Saranda, which has now been crowned as one of the 15 most beautiful Christmas markets in Europe.
