Representatives of the National Youth Agency (NYA) participated in the First International Workshop held in Castellón, Spain, within the framework of the GOVER-NET project – *Governance Opportunities in VET for Empowerment and Regional Innovation – Networks for Education and Transnational Cooperation* (Reference No. 101242723).
The event brought together project partners from several European countries, providing a platform for exchanging experiences, sharing good practices, and discussing innovative approaches in the fields of vocational education and training (VET), good governance, and institutional capacity development.
International Cooperation for Development and Innovation
The workshop was organized as part of Work Package 3 (WP3) and focused on coordinating project activities, analyzing shared challenges, and planning the next steps for the successful implementation of the project.
Through thematic presentations, interactive discussions, group work, and practical sessions, the project partners exchanged knowledge and identified new approaches to support the improvement of governance processes, strengthen organizational capacities, and foster sustainable project outcomes.
Competencies Developed During the Workshop
Participation in this workshop contributed to the development and strengthening of competencies in the following areas:
- International cooperation and the development of European partnerships;
- Intercultural communication and collaboration in multinational teams;
- Exchange of good practices among partner organizations;
- Development of innovative methodologies in vocational education and training (VET);
- Planning and coordination of activities within European projects;
