Elsa's desire is to become part of a team where innovation and youthful energy will lead to making some decisions that will be considered as a powerful turning point for further development. As a candidate for a member of the National Youth Council, her aim is to make a fruitful and dedicated contribution to the promotion of the interests of the Albanian youth. Its mission is to help build a powerful platform for young people, where they can express their opinions and influence decision-making processes. To achieve this goal, it will focus on several key challenges. First, in raising the awareness of the youth about the social, cultural and political issues that affect their lives, in improving the training opportunities for the youth, promoting an environment for the development of skills. Also, I will influence the cooperation and active involvement of youth in the development of projects and policies that serve our community. Elsa will create a space for young people to influence decision-making at the national level. Students have been and continue to be the most powerful agents of change, so she is confident that I will create a collaboration with long-term impact with other students. Her contribution to the National Youth Council will be an enterprise dedicated to representing and promoting the vision of Albanian youth in the path of development and improvement of our society.
