THE NATIONAL YOUTH AGENCY (AKR) ANNOUNCES:
PUBLIC CALL NO. III FOR PROJECT PROPOSALS FROM LOCAL SELF-GOVERNING UNITS
DIRECTED TO:
LOCAL SELF-GOVERNING UNITS
A. The project proposals submitted by local self-governing units (municipalities) should focus on the construction or reconstruction of public facilities and youth infrastructure.
B. The value of the grants distributed as part of this public call should be as follows:
• Amount for local self-governing units up to 10,000,000 Lekë
Completed applications with all documentation must be submitted in 3 (three) physical copies and in 1 (one) electronic copy (on USB) via official mail or in person, placed in a sealed envelope referring to the public call, during working days (from Monday to Friday), during official hours, at the address:

The deadline for submitting applications is January 7, 2024, at 16:00. The outside of the envelope must include the name of the public call for project proposals, the full name and address of the applicant, the full name of the project, and the words: “Do not open before the official opening.” Applications sent in other ways (e.g., by fax or email) or sent to other addresses and outside the application deadline will not be considered.
AKR will register each application received for submission and will issue the corresponding certification (date and time of acceptance of the project proposal).
