THE NATIONAL YOUTH AGENCY (AKR) ANNOUNCES:
THE FOURTH PUBLIC CALL FOR PROJECT-PROPOSALS
DIRECTED TO:
YOUTH ORGANISATIONS AND/OR FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
A. The Project-Proposals which will be submitted by youth organisations and/or for youth must focus on young people and the following priorities:
- The encouragement of youth participation in decision-making processes and support for their social and civic activism.
- Promoting decent work opportunities and connecting young people with the job market.
- Supporting active, healthy, physical, social, cultural, and mental well-being of young people.
B. The value of the grants allocated as part of this public call should not exceed the maximum value as specified below:
– The maximum amount for youth organizations: 1,500,000 (one million five hundred thousand) Lekë.
– The maximum amount for organizations for young people: 3,500,000 (three million five hundred thousand) Lekë.
Completed applications with all the required documentation must be submitted in 3 (three) physical copies and 1 (one) electronic copy (on a USB drive) through official mail or in person, placed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Public Call No. 4, during working days (Monday to Friday) during official hours, at the following address

The deadline for submitting applications is 16.05.2024, at 16:30. Applications submitted after this deadline will only be considered if the postmark indicates that the date and time of submission were before the official deadline. The outer part of the envelope must contain the title of the call for proposal submissions, the full name and address of the applying entity, the full name of the project, and the inscription "Do not open before the official opening." All applicants who have submitted proposals, regardless of acceptance status, will be notified in writing of the decision regarding their project proposal within 45 calendar days from the closing of the public call. The results will be published on the website of the National Youth Agency.
AKR will register each application received for submission and will issue the corresponding certification (date and time of acceptance of the project proposal).
