Youth Guarantee, an initiative supported by the National Employment and Skills Agency with the help of the #EUforYouth project. It is funded by the European Union in Albania, implemented by UNDP Albania and UNICEF Albania, under the coordination of the Ministry of Economy, Culture, and Innovation.
This European initiative aims to reduce youth unemployment by offering opportunities for employment, continuing education, professional internships, or training within four months of unemployment.

Invites journalism students and young journalists to apply to develop skills to combat disinformation and promote responsible digital citizenship.
They will be trained on storytelling techniques and structuring narratives that engage the audience.

Change Starts with You
Bootcamp against gender based violence

Location: Tiranë
This bootcamp will address gender-based violence, focusing on sexual violence and harassment, by providing training from experts in psychology, communication, self-defense, and human rights.
After the training, teams will be formed to generate innovative ideas, and they will work with mentors to develop the implemented ideas. Two winning teams will receive financial support for the implementation of their ideas until February 2025.
