Joint Meeting of KKR II and KKR III: Reflection on the Mandate and Continuity of Commitment to Youth

A joint meeting was held between the members of KKR II and KKR III, marking an important moment of institutional reflection, responsible transition, and reaffirmation of commitment to strengthening youth policies in the country.

The meeting began with welcoming and reflective remarks from the representatives of KKR II, who shared their experiences, achievements, and contributions during their mandate, with particular emphasis on strengthening institutional cooperation and advancing priority issues for youth. The ceremony continued with the presentation of appreciation certificates to KKR II members as a token of gratitude for their dedication and commitment.

In a symbolic moment, the mandate was handed over to KKR III, marking the continuity of responsibility and consolidating the role of KKR in representing and addressing youth needs.

KKR III members presented the main priorities and objectives of the current mandate, reaffirming their determination to carry forward ongoing initiatives and address new challenges facing youth.

During the meeting, the draft Regulation on the internal organization and functioning of KKR was also presented by Mr. Endi Kalemaj, highlighting the main changes compared to the existing regulation. Following discussions and comments from members, the draft was put to a vote for approval.

The meeting concluded with proposals for the date of the next session, reflecting a spirit of collaboration and shared commitment in the service of youth.
