"National Conference of Youth Work 2.0" Panel

The National Youth Agency had the pleasure of joining the panel at the "National Youth Employment Conference 2.0." This project is part of "Youth Dimensions – Potential and Development of Youth Employment in Albania," implemented by the organization Beyond Barriers ([@beyondbarriersngo](https://www.instagram.com/beyondbarriersngo/)) in collaboration with the National Youth Congress ([@kongresi_rinor_kombetar](https://www.instagram.com/kongresi_rinor_kombetar/)) within the framework of the Tirana European Youth Capital 2022 program ([@tiranaeyc2022](https://www.instagram.com/tiranaeyc2022/)), with financial support from KRK and the Municipality of Tirana. The study presented an overview of: • The current situation in the youth employment sector • Best practices of youth employment models • Recognition of youth employment • Perceptions and needs of youth workers in Albania.
