Stiljan Llavdaniti completed Bachelor studies in Law and International Relations. is at the end of his scientific studies, master's degree in Civil Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana. Since 2020, he is a member of the National Youth Council, the advisory body under the government ministry for youth policies. In 2020, it concerns the drafting of the PDNA (Post Disaster Needs Assessment Albania) document, as part of the Civil Defense and Risk Reduction working group from the announcement.

Since 2016, he has been employed at the Agency for the Implementation of Territorial Reform, today the Agency for the Support of Local Self-Government. He has worked as a specialist, inspector, sector manager and currently holds the position of director of the department. Seven years of experience in this institution have given him complete knowledge of the decision-making and executive processes in local self-government issues.
