The Municipality of Fier inaugurated the Youth Center and completed the project “SKYHIGH RINOR” – The Youth Space That Shines Above the City, bringing a modern and inclusive space for the young people of the city and the region.
The multifunctional center, established within the premises of the “Dritëro Agolli” Library, offers concrete opportunities for the development of young people’s skills and talents by encouraging their active engagement in social, cultural, and civic life.
The project was implemented with the financial support of the National Youth Agency and aims to improve the well-being of young people, increase social and environmental awareness, and promote the inclusion of youth—particularly those with disabilities and those in disadvantaged conditions.
