The 5th Edition of the Winter School for Youth Workers concluded successfully, bringing together youth workers from across the country in a shared space for reflection, experience exchange, and the building of collaboration.
During this edition, participants had the opportunity to discuss and delve into key topics related to youth policies and working with young people, such as:

The trainings and discussions contributed to strengthening the role of youth workers in the community, as well as enhancing their capacities for implementing youth policies at both local and national levels.
The National Youth Agency continues to invest in empowering youth workers and in building inclusive policies, designed with and for young people.
