The National Youth Agency, in cooperation with local partners, organized the activity **“Youth at the Heart of Vlora”** on the occasion of Independence Day, on 28 November. This event brought a lively festive atmosphere, filling the city with youthful energy, creativity, and Albanian spirit.
The day’s program began with the sounds of the national anthem and continued with a series of artistic performances that reflected Albanian talent and cultural heritage. Young people contributed with passion, bringing unforgettable moments for citizens and visitors.
The artistic performances included:
Patriotic collages by the “Naim Frashëri” School of Music;
Folk dances by the Global Dance Art Academy;
Labe songs and traditional dances by the “Jani Minga” group;
New voices in music: Kristel Qarri and Lutfie Toska;
Folklore and regional songs by the “Mynyr Xhindi” ensemble;
A special program by QMKK Swans featuring dance, live music, and energetic performances.
The thematic corners set up in the square included:
Art and painting;
“Tastes of November” – a promotion of culinary traditions;
The History and Youth Discussion Corner;
The Industrial and Tech Corner – “Selfie Wall.”
This activity was designed as an inclusive space where young people could express their cultural, creative, and social identity. The National Youth Agency thanks all participants and contributors who turned this day into a worthy celebration of Independence and of the important role of youth in public life.
