The 3-day Winter School for Youth Workers concludes successfully. This year, 61 youth workers from all municipalities of the country joined in an intensive and innovative training. The 4th edition of the Winter School continues to bring concrete results in empowering young people and strengthening local capacities.
As part of this initiative, a total of 6 trainings were held on:
- The Law on Youth and the main changes in it.
- Volunteering as a key tool for the active engagement of young people.
- The use of digital tools to increase the involvement of young people in the community.
- Communication in the digital age and the necessary skills to build effective relationships.
- Non-formal education, its importance, and its impact on the development of youth skills.
Participants were equipped with knowledge and practical tools to positively impact their communities and promote youth development.
This initiative, organized by the National Youth Agency, aims to empower young people and encourage them to take an active role in the development of the country.
